The Fayette County Grand Jury met on June 28, 2017. Thirty-one cases were presented by the Fayette County District Attorney’s Office. One No Bill was issued. The Grand Jury issued the following true bills:
Travis Douglas Bates: one count of Burglary in the First Degree and two counts of Burglary in the Second Degree.
Austin Michael Boone: two counts of Obscene Internet Contact with a Child.
Jeremy Deangelo Brewster: one count of Terroristic Threats and two counts of Interference with Government Property.
Jeremy Deangelo Brewster: one count of Riot in a Penal Institution and one count of Simple Battery.
Ricky Milton Bullington: two counts of Aggravated Child Molestation, two counts of Aggravated Sexual Battery, one count of Rape, and one count of Child Molestation.
Arthur King Chapman: one count of Possession of a Controlled Substance, one count of Possession of Firearm During Commission of a Felony, one count of Possession of Marijuana Less than an Ounce, and one count of Public Indecency.
Joseph Martin Daly: one count of Possession of Cocaine, one count of Possession of Drug Related Objects, one count of Possession of Hydrocodone, one count of Drugs not in Original Container, one count of Open Container, one count of Tag Light Violation, three counts of Driving While License Suspended, and one count of Defective Equipment.
Becky Diane Wardlaw, a co-defendant, was indicted on one count of Possession of Cocaine and one count of Possession of Drug Related Objects.
Ryan Alexander Dunbar: one count of Fleeing or Attempting to Elude a Police Officer, one count of Driving Under the Influence Less Safe Alcohol, one count of Reckless Driving, two counts of Violation of Duty Upon Striking a Fixed Object and three counts of Failure to Stop at Stop Sign.
Andrew Deshawn Edge, Artavious Marchea Reynolds, and Xzavier Willie Reynolds: four counts of Smash and Grab Burglary.
James Steven Golden: one count of Failure to Register as Sex Offender.
Justin Phillip Gorley: one count of False Imprisonment and one count of Simple Battery Family Violence.
Michael Lamar Graves: one count of Malice Murder, one count of Felony Murder, one count Aggravated Assault and one count of Possession of Firearm During the Commission of a Felony.
Quasha Nicole Harris: one count of Aggravated Assault on a Peace Officer, one count of Obstruction of an Officer, two counts of Theft by Shoplifting, three counts of Identity Fraud, one count of Forgery in the Second Degree, one count of Possession of a Controlled Substance, one count of Fleeing or Attempting to Elude a Police Officer and one count of Driving While License Suspended.
Breana Nashay Williams, a co-defendant, was indicted on three counts of Identity Fraud, one count of Forgery in the Second Degree, and one count of Theft by Shoplifting.
Rafael Dorian Hicks: one count of Aggravated Assault on a Peace Officer, one count of Theft by Receiving Stolen Property, two counts of Fleeing or Attempting to Elude a Police Officer, one count of Driving without a License and one count of Possession of Marijuana less than an ounce.
Christopher Franklin Hornsby: one count of Smash and Grab Burglary, fifteen counts of Lottery Ticket Fraud and one count of Theft by Deception.
Jimmy Lee Jackson, Jr.: five counts of Theft by Receiving Stolen Property, one count of Involvement with Motor Vehicle Having Identification Removed and two counts of Criminal Use of an Article with an Altered Identification Mark.
Justin McCord Mitchell, a co-defendant, was indicted on five counts of Theft by Receiving Stolen Property.
John Paul Jones: two counts of Fleeing or Attempting to Elude a Police Officer, one count of Terroristic Threats, one count of Stalking, one count of Simple Assault Family Violence, and one count of Simple Assault.
Richard Herbert Karle: one count of Terroristic Threats.
Malcolm Maurice Mabrey: one count of Possession of Firearm During the Commission of a Felony, one count of Possession of Drug Related Objects and one count of Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute.
Jonathan Mark Martin: one count of Terroristic Threats, one count of Battery and one count of Obstruction of an Officer.
Marcus Albreon Mayes, Michael Duane Williams, and Reginald Omar Sease: one count of Smash and Grab Burglary.
Charles Erwin Miller: 1 count of Burglary in the First Degree.
Jorge D Montegranario-Rozo, Malcolm Morillo, and Charlie Nieto Vinas: one count of Conspiracy to Commit Burglary, one count of Possession of Tools for the Commission of a Crime, one count of Identity Fraud, one count of Loitering or Prowling and one count of Giving False Information to a Law Enforcement Officer.
Justin Lee Motes: one count of Theft by Shoplifting.
Courtney Danielle Phillips: one count of Theft by Taking, three counts of Criminal Damage to Property in the Second Degree and two counts of Entering an Automobile.
Edwink Armando Rodriguez: one count of Theft by Shoplifting.
Jarvis Travon Shearer: one count of Rape, one count of Incest and one count of Child Molestation.
Demarcus Lequan Smith: two counts of Failure to Register as a Sex Offender.
Vincent Emme Stossel: one count of False Imprisonment and one count of Battery Family Violence.
Sarah Jane Williams: one count of Criminal Damage to Property in the Second Degree.
