I wanted to personally thank the City of Griffin for the long, tireless hours you put in on this case.
Sgt Kelly McKinney was the first point of contact with an hysterical mother. You were calm and understanding throughout the time we had with each other. I thank you.
Investigator Stan Phillips! What can I say?! You stayed on the case and interviewed and investigated with no stone left unturned. You made all of my girls and myself feel a protection that only a true, soulful person that takes his job seriously can show. There are no words to describe our gratitude. But thank you!
Donna Gopaul and Kate Lenhard...I can't even imagine how you got through the timeline and bounds of documentation to make a trial go as efficiently as this one. You both made the girls feel safe and important. I thank you!
To the jurors of Spalding County. I can't imagine how difficult it was to hear the testimony of all parties and make a decision. We will be forever grateful for taking 1 more pedophile, physical and mental abuser off the street. My girls are no longer looking over their shoulders in fear. Thank you!
And to Ms. Cassie! You have answered so many questions, talked to me late into the night, listened and tried to soothe me with my guilt. There will always be a special place in my heart for you. You are a beautiful lady. I thank you for everything also.
To the Honorable Judge Edwards. You rock. You made us feel at ease on the stand during testimony. You never made us feel uncomfortable and we felt you stayed engaged in the case, listening to everything said. We cannot put you on a pedestal high enough. The sentence for the defendant will hopefully put a message out to the community that you and the residents will not tolerate such disgusting acts. Thank you for your time and your calm presence for my girls.

To DA Ben Coker, thank you for putting such an awesome team together. Each and every one will be remembered for their part in this matter. My girls will be healing their entire life, but with the gratitude of knowing their abuser will no longer be able to hurt another child.
Thank you all! You are appreciated by many.
